What can I expect during my procedure?
As with all procedures at The Derm Lab Rx, you’ll start with an in-depth consultation to determine if the Hydrafacial is right for you. The treatment takes 30-90 minutes in total, depending on the facial you choose. Your Hydrafacial will always start with cleansing and exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and brighten the skin, followed by extraction and hydration to remove any congestion in the pores while keeping them soothed. Finally a fusion of protection and deep hydration customized to your skin type. If wanted, add-ons for your unique skin type or areas of concern are available.
Is there any downtime with this treatment?
There’s no downtime with a hydrafacial treatment. Keep in mind that your skin has had plenty of exfoliation from this treatment and that extra exfoliation isn’t necessary for 7-10 days following your treatment.
How long until I see results? Do I need multiple treatments?
Patients can see an immediate improvement in radiance and clean pores, with best results within 7 days. It is recommended to continue Hydrafacials every 4-6 weeks for best results.
